This council exists as a lawful , peaceful platform for the citizens of the United States of America to document and have discord about the long standing grievances against the regime that governs our Nation.

 THE PEOPLES COUNCIL — DOS POPULUS For the People, By the People, Of the People

This council exists to document real, present, and longstanding grievances of the American people against a regime that has strayed from the Constitution of the United States. It affirms the people’s right and duty to alter or abolish any form of government that becomes destructive of the ends of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

This platform does not advocate lawless violence, but Lawful constitutional restoration through clear documentation of abuses, peaceful petition, and the assertion of the people’s sovereign authority under natural law, the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence.

We The People will Exercise our Constitutional Rights to record how the current regime has violated the Constitution, betrayed its oath, or aligned with foreign powers engaged in genocide or crimes against humanity.

Documented Grievances Against the Current Regime

  1. Violation of Constitutional War Powers

Engagement in military conflicts without congressional declarations of war, in direct violation of Article I, Section 8. Executive overreach has committed troops, weapons, and public funds to foreign wars and interventions without proper constitutional authority or genuine consent of the governed.

  1. Unconstitutional Surveillance State

Mass surveillance programs that sweep up the communications and personal data of millions of Americans without individualized warrants, violating the Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures. Secret courts, secret orders, and dragnet spying invert the presumption of liberty and privacy guaranteed to the people.

  1. Erosion of Due Process and Habeas Corpus

Indefinite detention, secret evidence, and extrajudicial killings erode the Fifth and Sixth Amendment guarantees of due process, trial by jury, and the right to confront accusers. The use of secret watchlists, no‑fly lists, and special courts undermines habeas corpus, a cornerstone of American liberty.

  1. Support for Regimes Engaged in Genocide

Provision of weapons, funding, and diplomatic cover to foreign governments credibly accused of genocide, ethnic cleansing, or systematic crimes against humanity. Such support contradicts the moral law, international obligations, and the American people’s demand that their resources not be used to facilitate mass atrocities.

  1. Corporate Capture and Corruption of Representation

Legalized bribery through unlimited campaign contributions, revolving doors, and lobbyist‑written legislation has subverted the principle of representation. Public policy is too often written for corporations, banks, and special interests rather than for the people, violating the promise of a government that derives its just powers from the consent of the governed.

  1. Militarization of Domestic Police Forces

Military‑grade equipment, tactics, and a warrior mindset have transformed many local police departments into occupying forces rather than peace officers. This violates the spirit of Posse Comitatus and the protections envisioned by the Bill of Rights, leading to abuses, excessive force, and loss of trust between the people and those who are meant to serve them.

  1. Debasement of Constitutional Money

Abandonment of sound money and the delegation of monetary power to an unaccountable central banking system have eroded savings, increased inequality, and bound generations to unpayable debt. This practice contradicts the intent of Article I, Section 8 and the requirement that money be stable, honest, and under clear constitutional control.

  1. Perpetual Emergency Powers and Rule by Decree

Continuous states of emergency, renewed year after year, have normalized extra‑constitutional executive powers. Rule by decree through executive orders and emergency authorities bypasses the legislative process, concentrates power, and undermines the separation of powers that guards against tyranny.

Our Constitutional Right and Duty

From the Declaration of Independence:

“We hold these truths to be self‑evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government”

This council stands on the truth that when a government persistently violates rights, betrays its oath, and aids in grave crimes such as genocide, the people not only may change it they must, by peaceful, principled, and constitutional means.

The Path Forward: Constitutional Restoration

DOS POPULUS exists as a peaceful instrument of Constitutional self‑government.

Through this council, the people can:

  • Record specific grievances against unconstitutional acts and abuses.
  • Petition for redress, invoking the First Amendment right to speak, publish, and assemble.
  • Organize around constitutional principles of limited government, separation of powers, and individual rights.
  • Build a public record demonstrating that the current regime has lost the consent of the governed.

From this record, the people may call for a constitutionally‑based provisional government for the people, by the people, and of the people to restore lawful order and fidelity to the supreme law of the land.

Contact your Federal, State Representatives by visiting Congress.gov and Whitehouse.gov mail a copy of this document to them with your Signature and contact information. By doing so, you will automatically become a part of The Peoples Council.

After a majority of Americans have committed to these actions and made their wishes known publicly, We The People” will take back our Nation by Peaceful , Legal remedies as set forth and enshrined in the Constitution and The Bill Of Rights.
